Prior registration is available until 6PM on Wednesday, October 23. Please note that prior registration may close early.

This event is free of charge and open to pre-registered participants only.

QHow do I confirm my registration?
After registering for participation, you will receive an automatic email confirmation of your application to the email address you provided.

QWhen entering the venue, how is my registration checked?
On the event day, please visit the registration desk located at the Grand Ballroom (2nd floor) of Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel to receive your name tag before entering the venue.

QWill the presentation materials for sessions be provided?
You can download the presentation materials via a QR code at the venue on the day of the event.

QIs parking available?
Parking registration can be completed at the parking registration system located next to the registration desk at the event venue.

QIs WiFi available and are chargers provided at the venue?
You can access the hotel’s complimentary WiFi, but charging services are not provided separately.
